IIIrd Form Students Develop Leadership Skills

Rumsey IIIrd Form students participated in a series of leadership activities this week to get them prepared for their transition to the Upper School next year. After an informative meeting with Mr. Perreault, Dean of Students, they proceeded to the low ropes course to take part in a "Crow's Nest" activity under the guidance of Mr. Ough, Upper School SEL (Social and Emotional Learning) Department Chair & Director of Community Service. Students worked together to navigate and surmount an assortment of challenges, and they developed their collaboration and communication skills along the way. It was a fun and character-building set of activities!
